This is my rating stamp, rant to follow after... It is new and I like it, I was inspired and asked my husband Khornesone to make it for me. I think he did a great job.
Now a bit about stamping.. I do not often stamp profiles; it really does depend on my mood. Lately I think that I have given out more stamps then I have in the previous 6 months. Yeah me.
With that said.. GROW UP... Some people are really pissy about people stamping their profile. You know what I pay for the right to stamp your profile if I want too.. And if I stamped it, it usually means that I like it.. So you don't want to be stamped, you want original comments... Think on this.. If you have been rated by hundreds of people, how in the world do you expect me to come up with something that has not already been said about your profile???
Get over it. It’s just a profile; it is not the end of the world. Go ahead and block me or down rate me, it will not affect who I am or what I do online or on VR. That is just your opinion and like assholes, everyone has one. Some more then one but that is my opinion. ;P
Wolfbite... She is my daughter, she lives in my house and she does what I say. I am her mom deal with it. Yes I watch what she does online and yes I smack her upside her head to restart her brain when she does something stupid. Which is more then I can say for a lot of kids here on Vr.
Why does she not get to go into the vamp box?? Because I have told her she can't. Don't like it? Not my issues, she is not your child. I see to much drama and crap in the vamp box that personally, I want to reach through the monitor and strangle some of you people. What are you 2? And yes I know I am not winning any friends here, shucky darn. My heart bleeds for my loss. Not.
Personally I think more then a damn handful of you need to have your mouths washed out with some good old-fashioned soap. Be thankful that I am not your mother; you would find your computer privileges soon revoked for a time and your handwriting improving as well as your spelling and grammar.
Inductions... They happen. If you are inducted into Mada I send you a message to welcome you. Give you a heads up on the lay of the House and some important information to help you out. This does not mean that I personally brought you into the house. So when you flip out on me for being kind and courteous enough to welcome you to my family... yeah chances are I am going to get a bit bitchy.
The forum... Yes I read it. No I do not often post in it. Why? Because I may not have an opinion to express on what is being said, that has not already been said more then three times by others. Sorry if that hurts your feelings but you will get over it.
Journals.. I read them and have some in my favorites. Even if I don't like you or want anything to do with you, does not mean that I wont read your journal from time to time. I try to only read the journals of the people I like though so it is ok if you don't like the fact that I read yours.
Ratings... They are not the end of the world. My profile is not to everyone’s liking, congratulations, it is however to mine. But you are welcome to comment on it and send me a message telling me what you like or don't like about it. I may choose to take your advice or think on your comments, I may choose to tell you to step off a cliff. That is the beauty of having my prerogatives. :)
I rate depending on my mood and your attitude it is that simple. Oh and yes I dock points for spelling and grammatical errors; especially for adults.
Spelling and grammar: Don't give me the " I am ADHD and have a hard time spelling." crap. My son is ADHD and brilliant, he can also spell better then half the damn people on VR. If you live in America, have a 12th grade education or higher you can sure as hell spell and write correctly. Your excuses are simply that, excuses. Don't like it? Re-read what I said above about opinions.
I hear people moan and complain about the education of the youth of today, BULL, if you as an adult cannot even be bothered to spell check your writing. You have NO place to complain about what you see others doing. I actually had someone go to my profile, find a spelling error then send me a message about it. What did I do? I fixed my spelling error, then I went to that persons profile to thank them for their assistance.... yeah ended up not happening that way. The *Adults* profile was so full of spelling and grammatical errors that I had to stop reading it and come back another day. So, being the kind person that I am, I ran their profile through a simple program called word document. *72* spelling errors, 12 fragmented sentences and a whole slew of text speak and missing punctuation. What did I do? I returned the kindness they showed me.. And pointed out every single thing to them. Was that mean of me? Probably. But hey I figure that they obviously sent me a cry for help and I gave it to them. Did the person change his profile? Don’t know, have not gone back to look.
The VR Manual: READ IT. There is a whole lot of information in there that will save you from asking stupid questions. I have refrained from making a journal section just for stupid questions. I have also started quoting the VR Manual to people who ask questions that are easily found within in its pages. Don't like it? Don't ask questions, it is really that simple. It is provided for you to help you here on VR, same with the FAQ.
Ok I think I have covered just about everything that is on my mind at the moment, and my coffee is getting cold. I hope you have enjoyed the read and of course your comments are welcome. Send them to me, I do read them. I may not respond to them or I may, depends on my mood and your attitude. ;P
